To effectively contribute to setting up institutional, legal, technical and management frameworks which are conducive to prevention and reduction of pollution and a more efficient use of water,  WES is stepping up efforts in (i) creating the right enabling conditions for comprehension, social acceptance, appreciation and utilization of the products/results delivered by the project; (ii) developing synergies among relevant actors and stakeholders by strengthening the existing partnerships or creating new ones;  (iii) raising awareness and disseminating information through formal, non-formal and informal Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and other activities related to advancing the knowledge and sensitization of youth, women and other stakeholders including Parliamentarians and decision makers at national and local level.
