Capacity building
Our capacity building efforts aim at supporting the various stakeholders involved in pollution reduction and water management in formulating and implementing environmental and water policies.
The programme of capacity building activities has been developed in complementarity to the work of the project’s institutional partners and other relevant regional projects with regards to a more efficient management of scarce water resources reduction and to the prevention of pollution in the Mediterranean region.
WES capacity building activities are tailor-made and fully meet the needs of Partner Countries and are on topics related to for example the UfM priorities, the Barcelona Convention and the EU circular economy package.
