This WES activity will assist the Asyut Water and Wastewater Company to target the reduction of Non-Revenue Water and to continue its efforts to improve Non-Revenue Water management.
WES will assist Egypt in the development of financing mechanisms allowing the private sector to be involved and to improve water network management and resource efficiency at the on-farm level. The aim of this activity will be to contribute to increasing agricultural water productivity.
The National Meeting will be dedicated to what has been achieved so far in Egypt through the project’s activities (at national but also at regional level) and exchange on these but also on possible future actions with all beneficiaries, stakeholders and key actors (national authorities, EU Delegation, donors).
